About Laboratory and Home Science Resources
The Laboratory and Home Science Resources are evolved from our orignal blog of "Microscope and Centrifuge Resources". The orginal blog is written to provides the supports for the two main laboratory instruments that were offered by Onfocus laboratories. We have recently adding more contents in home science experiments an DIY tools for the experiments. We feels it is necessary to change the name of our blog to Laboratory and Home Science Resources to reflect the actual contents although many blog posts are more or less related to microscope and centrifuges techniques.
The microscopy and centrifugation resources are organized in several sessions: Glossaries are complield by Onfocus staff to provide you some background information about microscopy and centrifugation and explain terms in plain English. You can find various labortory protocols that uses centifuges and microscopys in the Protocols session. They are either compiled by Onfocus staff or submitted by other users. Please register if you want to share your protocols with others. Image Library session contains of photos taken by Onfocus staff. They can be useful for organism identification. You can also find useful laboratory techniques and fun projects in the Knowledge Base session.
