Better Support Platform

To better serve our customers, Onfocus created microscopy and centrifugation resources.  The main reason is the flexibility of the publication platform.  The orginal support website is based on Joomla.  The publication of Joomla article is based on session -> category -> article.  We want to provide our customers a more flexible way of organization information.  This will allow you to locate information easier.  As we know that the biological taxonomy system is hierarchial.  They don't fit into the session/category/article model.  We have selected a more flexible publication platform: Drupal.  Drupal platform's content management system is based on taxonomy.  The taxonomy system in Drupla allows us to define levels of hierarchies.  This works just like the biological taxonomy system.  The system also perfect for creating organism identification database.  In addition, our goal is to provide an interative information system where researchers can exchange their experiences and informations.  The flexibility of Drupal's permission system allows us to fine tune the permissions.
